Security
When you shop at the KoBu Power Online Store, you are doing so on our secure server which encrypts all of your personal information including your credit card number. All credit card transactions are protected using industry standard SSL Security.
Other Credit Card Purchase Information
It may be helpful to know that your credit card purchases made on the KoBu Power website will appear on your billing statement as "Mahato Karate Inc."
In cases where we offer "Advance Orders Only," please know that your credit card will not be charged until the actual merchandise is shipped to you.
Shipping
At times, we ship merchandise in seperate packages. You may or may not receive all packages on the same day. Some of our merchandise is shipped directly from our facility in Delaware and some items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
Our shipping prices are based on weight as well as destination zip code.
Our preferred method of shipping is through Federal Express although at times, we may choose to ship via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes nor do we ship COD.
Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects.
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 30
days of receipt. Returns for DVD's and Videos are for defects only.
2. To make a return:
Return the item to us in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice.
Return shipping fee is your responsibility.
Indicate whether you want a replacement item or a refund.
3. For items that are damaged in shipment:
Notify the appropriate carrier (FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service) to inform them of the damage. We cannot replace damaged goods if a claim has not been placed with the appropriate carrier. Claims should be made to the appropriate carrier within 24 hours.
4. In the case of Instructor Training, Workshops, and Yearly Dues which pertain to the services of KoBu Power, please refer to our cancellation and refund policies here.

At KoBu Power, we are committed to protecting your privacy. KoBu Power does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and provide a more personalized service. KoBu Power does not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.

When you order, we ask for your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes at KoBu Power and special offers we think you will find valuable.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by KoBu Power. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to order merchandise or participate in any of our classes or workshops.
